At Bandon Vale, we specialise in cheddar and mozzarella cheese types, but also supply various other speciality cheeses on request including chilli, pepper and smoked varieties.

Our cheddar range includes Mild, Medium, Mature, Extra Mature and Vintage varieties.

At our purpose-built facility in West Cork, we pack cheese in various formats including block, sliced, grated, diced and waxed.

Products are packaged ready for supply to our food service partners.

Deli Block

A broad range of deli blocks are provided by Bandon Vale for the food service and catering sectors. The standard pack sizes that we offer are 2.5kg & 5kg, however blocks can be cut to specific requirements. Blocks are an extremely versatile product that can be grated, sliced or diced.

Shred / Dice / Shavings

Bandon Vale offers an extensive selection of shredded products, ranging from cheddars to custom blends and mixes. The standard pack size that we offer is 2kg. Shred products are packed in a protective atmosphere to provide optimum shelf life.

Slice

Catering slices are packed in convenient shingled clear trays. The standard pack size that we offer is 1kg. Slice products are packed in a protective atmosphere to provide optimum shelf life.

Wax

Bandon Vale sources and hand packs waxed cheeses for the foodservice market sector. The standard pack size that we offer is 3.6kg.
