Bandon Vale specialise in cheddar and mozzarella but also supply various other speciality cheeses on request including chilli, pepper and smoked varieties.

Our Cheddar range includes Mild, Medium, Mature, Extra Mature and Vintage cheeses.

All of our cheese products are prepared to order in our purpose-built packing facility in West Cork. Formats available include block, slice, shred, dice and waxed cheese product solutions.

Products are packed ready for supply to our food service partners.

Deli Block

A broad range of deli blocks are provided by Bandon Vale for the food service and catering industry. The standard weight that we offer in this format is 2.5KG & 5KG, however blocks can be cut to specific requirements. Blocks are an extremely versatile product that can be grated, sliced or diced.

Shred / Dice / Shavings

Bandon Vale offers an extensive selection of shredded products, ranging from cheddars to custom blends and mixes. The standard weight that we offer in this format is 2KG. Shred products are packed in a protective atmosphere to provide optimum shelf life.

Slice

Catering slices are packed in convenient shingled clear trays. The standard weight that we offer in this format is 1KG. Slice products are packed in a protective atmosphere to provide optimum shelf life.

Wax

Bandon Vale source and hand pack waxed cheese for the foodservice market. The standard weight that we offer in this format is 3.6KG.
